Is there a standard (GOST / ISO) for maintenance procedures?

On duty, I have to write Terms of Reference for the maintenance of information systems, automated systems, communication channels. Are there any GOSTs, RDshki or something that describes the composition of such regulations? To avoid coming up with something new every time. By analogy with GOST 34 or 19.
