Maybe someone has already invented an extension in the browser to automatically redirect to the Russian-language php documentation page on php.net?
In the same phpstorm all links to English-language documentation. Even in the search engine often come across the same links.
Interested in the Google Chrome browser.

I use the standard functionality of search engines from the address bar.
That is, I start typing in the address bar php.net array_diff + Enter and I immediately get to the Russian version of the documentation, and to the desired page.
php.net can be replaced with any other convenient line

Well, I don’t know, I always have links specifically to Russian, even when I just google some function in English. Moreover, Google gives a link to the English version, and the site itself is already redirecting. Look, maybe your geo location is disabled in your browser, or something in the settings of the Google account under which you are sitting.

I once made a script in Sublime that took the selected text using the F1 button and substituted it into the php.net link via the GET parameter.
