The problem is that in order to issue a virtual card on any wallet or make a transfer, you need to log out of your current account and log in to the right one.
Is there an extension or program that combines the authorization of all accounts. The mobile app also requires you to log out.

No such application exists. And even if it existed, it would not be very good for him to give his data.
My advice is to download 4 different browsers for yourself, remember which account is in which and open the right browser for the right account.
