Is there an equivalent to inserting a date/text pattern on a Mac (not only in Safari) like Hot Keyboard Pro for Windows?

It can't be no. But I couldn't find it on google. I don't understand why there isn't one. That I even had to call the question difficult

@M_K

yes there is plenty.
and third-party software, and in the system itself.
what exactly is needed? for template text, the autocorrect built into the system is quite
enough , although you will have to come up with and remember a lot of abbreviations. or use Rocket Typist, PhraseExpress, TextExpander, TypeIt4Me, Typinator, Alfred, aText and many more. sorry, I'm not familiar with Hot Keyboard Pro, I can't advise in more detail.
