Is there an environment for drawing 2D sprites?
I am looking for an environment for drawing sprites similar to how it is done in 3D editors.
That is, I fold the skeleton, indicate where and which parts of the body should move, after which I animate it frame by frame and save it as a sprite picture for further work.
Here is something like this:

Are there any such editors or something similar that will speed up character drawing?

The normal answer should have sounded like
you put a plugin in Blender https://github.com/ndee85/coa_tools

..if Blender doesn’t know how, then it’s not necessary)
All that I found, who can say anything about these programs ?
I use Spriter, because on the occasion I bought it on Steam for $15, so it costs $60. In general, I like it. They promised to support mesh deform, but everything is not visible, apparently already in version 2.0 it will be. But there is an export to Unity3d (you need to download it separately from the developer's forum), and to some other popular 2d engines like Construct.
But if I had "extra" 400 American rubles, then the choice would definitely fall on Moho (Anime Studio) Pro 12. IMHO, this is now generally the best program for animating anything. One could also advise Toon Boom, it is faster and easier to assemble a character there, but in the minuses - it is more difficult to study and skeletal animation is oakier.
Synfig Studio - something creepy with an alien interface, but free.
Spine is very good, especially the support for exporting anywhere. Lots of good reviews online, but again $300.
I don’t know anything about Creature, but judging by the video and the declared features, it is a direct competitor to the spine.
