Is there an English-Russian dictionary/translator as a plug-in for pdf readers?

I study English, sometimes I have to read literature in this language, but my vocabulary is very small, and copy-pasting pieces of text into the browser over and over again is not the most pleasant experience. Are there any plugins for any pdf readers that can display the translation of a word without leaving the checkout?
upd I remembered about the abbyy dictionaries built into pocketbooks, I found a desktop version that works well and is generally beautiful, but asks for money :(

GoldenDict, for example, displays an article for the selected word when you double-click Ctrl-C. The program itself is free, dictionaries are easy to find if desired. Windows/Linux.

The Kindle has it built in. Conveniently.
