How to write in Russian without mistakes?

The question is not quite on the topic, but still. Sometimes in vacancies they indicate "competent Russian speech".
I almost never make mistakes, but this is because there is always access to the Internet.
Are there any good ways to remove all spelling doubts?
Do you know any good rulebooks?

Truly literate people single out the adverbial turnover not because they remember the rules (in fact, only teachers and linguists remember them), but because the pattern - an intuitive understanding of where and when to put a comma, where to write which letter - has been formed yet in childhood, under the influence of literature. Those who do not like to read, and write with errors.
Therefore, reading is the only way to be 100% sure of your spelling without checking anything. At the same time, you don’t need to know the rules (with the exception of a few that cover very rare cases). Of course, you can learn, but you can always forget a couple of rules. The pattern is not easy to forget.

You have a contradiction between the title and the text of the question. "Writing" is one thing (a spell checker is enough), and "literate Russian speech" is another, colloquial, here a third-party hint is not enough.
Known ways to overcome this problem require labor and (most importantly!) time. Well, for example, read a lot of classics and Russian writers of the 20th century (excluding its end), and in no case read modern ones (their works in the context of your question will be a poison that destroys the result of such training).

Do not bother, most often this is a test for rednecks. If there really is a good intention to raise the level of literacy, you can go through textbooks to prepare for the exam.
