Is there an English learning service with automatic speech recognition?

Now I am actively studying English, I especially focus on conversation.
And out of hundreds of all sorts of services to study, I just can’t find one that focuses on conversation (only through tutors, but there you have to constantly adapt to a certain time :().
Although now the phone has a built-in speech recognition capability and a bunch of services (Yandex, Google) perfectly recognizes and translates my bad English.
Here's what I would like:
- We take some small dialogue (Dialogue from a movie, TV series, or a specially recorded scene)
- You act as a participant in the dialogue
- A part of the interlocutor is reproduced in English and - They
show you the answer but in Russian.
- At this moment you are trying to dictate the answer but in English, and the automation recognizes and shows the translation. (After you can show the original translation)
And so on ...
In this way, a bunch of skills develop in parallel.
Does anyone know if there is something similar?
