There is a server that collects some data and makes it possible to download them in CSV format, there is full access to the server.

I would like to receive not a CSV, but a file in Excel, where a graph will be created from this data in a separate window. If some engine that can be connected to the server to perform this task?

what do you end up wanting? convert csv to xml? or build some kind of schedule according to some principle known only to you?
