Is there an Azure hosting with servers located in Russia?

Interested in meeting the requirements of Federal Law No. 152 “On Personal Data” for ISPD of 3 categories when using IP implemented by the ASP NET stack on the Azure platform. Are there opportunities for this?

As far as I know, Azure has no data centers in Russia yet. Only CDN servers.
