I accidentally deleted a domain name from pdd.yandex.ru I
wrote a request for restoration, but I can’t sit still, and the question arose, is there any resource that stores an archive of dns records?

Some DNS servers have a cache, but this is probably a bit different from what you are asking, because I still do not understand what you want to get in the end? :)
