Is there an application that shows a divert sign when a call comes in?

If anyone knows, tell the android application so that when a redirected call comes in, a message appears permanently (for the time the call is in progress at least) that the call is redirected. By default, “Forwarded incoming call” is displayed for less than a second when an incoming call is made, and immediately disappears. Maybe an alternative dialer can do this ...
