Heavily truncated Home screen in Android?
Greetings colleagues! I need a greatly simplified version of the Android desktop (home screen): - I
need
to remove the notification panel (the one on top with icons, clocks, etc.)
, changing all desktop icons by the user.
How it's done? Is it necessary to climb into the system or should the program have some tricky parameters?

ADWLauncher EX can hide the notification bar and lock the desktop to change desktop icons and widgets. It is installed from the market and then installed as the default launcher the first time you press the Home button.
Similarly, Go Launcher can remove "extra weight" and block changes.
