Is there an app for android that blocks parts of the screen from being pressed?

A child is a year old, plays the first toys on a tablet such as bursting bubbles, only constantly hits either the buttons at the bottom of the screen or a cynically left banner, the game stops, a disgruntled scream begins. Is there an app that allows you to "stick" one or two areas protected from pressing on the screen, unlocked, say, with a special triple tap or something else?

Hardware only - paper tape.
Right now I looked, I have a lock icon on the panel. Android 4.5.
To avoid advertising, disconnect from the network or on the router, write a redirect of advertising requests to the edge - buy the application.

There are several ways:
1. We cut off the Internet on the tablet, there is no Internet -> banners are not loaded.
2. There are all kinds of ad block in the form of applications. You can try them. They just filter traffic. They really do not filter Wi-Fi traffic without root.

Theoretically, if such an application is possible, then only for rooted devices. Here one can see a too intellectual task - to block certain areas, and even depending on what is on the screen, i.e. while on the game menu screen, it may turn out to be nonsense. And yet such an application should allow the user to designate blocked areas, for example, as in programs for taking screenshots like LightShot.
Most likely, such an application simply does not exist. And the only thing you can do is disconnect from the Internet, if this does not, in turn, lead to restrictions in the game itself.
Here you need to understand one simple thing - in this game, the interface is simply not thought out, or it was done on purpose, so this is a problem for the developer of this game.
