No one in their right mind will allow to beat cards directly without https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_DSS
If there is PCI DSS, then any billing will gladly issue an API.
But for storing all the data of the card + cvv, you can get a fine on the head + a fine.

in real life, a user can easily sue a transaction as if it was done without his knowledge,
therefore your task is either not from IRL, or from carders,
if there are all volunteers, it’s better to wrap the cards in external services - the same poison, or Paypal - if it’s a bourgeoisie
