Internet banking for legal entities persons. Recommend a bank with a good API or other automation options

Actually, subject. We pick up a bank with developed Internet banking.
Ideally, I would like to have an API that would allow you to automatically log in and receive new incoming payments for further processing. But at worst, just getting data once a day by mail or something else will come down.

However, the maximum that most banks are ready to offer is manual uploading to some format for subsequent manual transfer to the processing program ... And this is already an unnecessary stage in my opinion and, in general, the human factor ...

Explain to me stupid, what kind of problems can a bank have? Banks do not want to make APi out of principle, or is it, as it seems to me, due to the stupidity and stiffness of the brain?
No one is talking about free and no one is asking for something super functional… the bare minimum is accepting payments, creating an account, accepting an account, canceling an account… is it THAT HARD?

By subject. Apparently, at the moment, there is no need to dream of facilitating the integration of business and banking in Russia. From what we managed to dig up, this is SB Bank . I have not felt it with my hands yet, they are not in my region, but I definitely plan to. Because already their site and the documentation posted on it make a very positive impression.

To be honest, if I were a bank, I would see only potential threats in open APIs, and no profit. Because large fish choose a bank based on economic indicators, and such trifles as an Internet banking device are not so important.
Therefore, the scheme - "client-bank -> upload -> parse upload" - is probably optimal. And most importantly, cross-banking.

I worked for almost three years in a company that occupies a leading position in the Russian banking software market and I have to disappoint you greatly.
In most banks you will not find such functionality, the maximum that is usually implemented in "thick clients" for legal entities. persons, this is an unloading of statements in 1C format.
As a rule, if some client of the bank really wants such functionality, then it is done by the developer company in private and it naturally costs a lot of money.
I can suggest looking towards VTB24. Perhaps they have such functionality for legal entities. persons.
On the other hand, if we consider the standard thick client technology, then as a rule it consists of a local synchronized database, Transport, cryptography and an interface. So you can try to either parse the unloading of statements in popular formats (such as 1C), or selects in the database (usually on access).

Bank24 has an API
Description here wiki.bank24.ru/ - creating payments and receiving statements, access by login-password or EDS. You can only create payments, you can immediately create and sign.

It is unlikely that any of the banks in their service package provides api for users.
I agree, 100%. As a former employee of the bank's technical support, I will say that no one needs free hemorrhoids to maintain this api. There is standard written software. Results are needed:
either export to 1C (csv, dbf ..), or parse the local database (access, dbf ..).

LIKELY, as far as I remember, Avangard Bank has either AqBanking or OFX Direct Connect. But it is better to double-check this information.

If you feel strong in yourself and there is a presentation of the finished project, then you can apply here: https://apibank.club
You will have full access as if you had your own bank. But as far as I know, they accept applications only from organizations, and judging by the list of completed projects, the selection of applications there is quite serious.
Another option - qiwi is slowly swinging, but so far they have only the most basic services: https://b2b.qiwi.com/
