Interested in an external commenting service (for example , Cackle , Disqus ) but with the ability to store such comments after they are sent in its database in order to display them using your personal design for this.

Since you are going to do everything yourself (receive, store and display messages), then you need not a comment service, but an authorization service. Loginza for example.
