In general, there is an idea to create a mobile card game.
In theory, there is a P (User) and VK (Wallet Owner)
For example, 4 users register in the game, deposit 100 rubles each into the VK account and play the game. On the account of VK 400 rubles. Then one P wins 400r and withdraws them, but withdraws only 380r (owner's interest)
So, are there yandex money, qiwi, web money and paypal APIs in the systems for transferring funds between accounts. That is, when a player withdraws money, they need to be transferred from the wallet owner's account to the user's account.
