Is there an android application to change the image when shooting?

At work, you need to take pictures of shelves in stores at a certain time through the android application (you can’t just select a photo through it), it would be easier to take a picture of everything in a couple of hours and leave, but you need to spend at least an hour (employer’s requirement) and the time of taking pictures will be displayed in the program , hence the question.
I thought about the option - to take a picture on the iPad and then re-photograph it on the phone at the right time, but the quality of the photo immediately deteriorates.
I’m not asking for myself, so the options, quit such a job, offer the authorities the best way to spend time or pre-include your code for the application are not suitable, but some other options how to bypass the system are accepted.
