There is nothing to do in it without knowledge of at least technical English.
90% of the materials are not translated and will never be translated into Russian, and another 9% will be translated in 3 years when nobody needs them.
So learn the language. You can get used to it in a year

I think you'd be better off going to a paid business school that teaches sample topics. There you will get some solid knowledge. Try for example inoprof.ru, maybe it is in your city.

There are analogues , but not for such prices: geekbrains , code point .
Teamtreehouse seems like the best resource. Each video has subtitles and they are duplicated in the Video Transcript tab under the video.
So if you don’t know English yet, then this is a great reason to learn it by studying your favorite craft.
