Thanks to him, it is (theoretically) possible to choose the minimum required set of plugins for Django, suitable for a certain range of boundary conditions. You can also take into account criteria such as community support, the number of contributors to the repository, etc.
All together provides conditions for a quick stack build based on some conditions.
Question: is there an analogue of this service (albeit remote) for choosing languages ​​and development technologies for broader conditions? Let's say, selection and comparison of css-, js-frameworks, server-side language (Python, Java, C#, Ruby, PHP, etc.), DBMS with the aim of determining the full stack (both front-end and back-end) by set given parameters?
