Are there options not to drag yourself the entire CSS + JavaScript framework, but to take only what you need (Material Design Light is interested)?

Good time, Colleagues.
I would like to make a website using the elements of https://getmdl.io/
But take them somehow in parts, that is, make up part of it myself, and take part from there - buttons, icons, badges, etc....
How is it most practical do?
There is, of course, an option to load the entire library and overlay it with your own styles: but I want to make CSS and JS files much lighter...
What options are there?

Whichever solution you choose, it might make more sense to use uncss (npm i uncss). Uncss removes unused html styles from css files.
