Is there an adequate way to run and debug code from Linux via LAN on a remote Windows?

I know it’s a perversion, but I’m already sick of Windows (the laptop looks more like a jet engine, into which a mixture of solarium and superglue is poured), and in my studies, it’s a must to work with C # and other window-crunching goodies like WinForms, WinAPI and MFC (which the teacher then launches on Windows).
Nearby is a stationary with Win10. Is it possible to somehow write code on a laptop with Linux, and run / debug locally on a PC with Windows? Or will it be more productive in a virtual machine? Is there any software for this?

You install any application with a remote desktop (rdp, teamviewer) and work remotely.
Although there is a better idea: sit down at the computer and work!

You install all the necessary software and IDE on a Windows computer, create a project, share the project folder over the network, install samba on linux, code on linuxe directly in the network folder, compile and debug on a windows computer
