Is there an address codification standard or just KLADR and FIAS?
The project raised the question of codifying the geographer. objects and search for them. From houses to regions and countries. Are there standards for their encoded representation (for example, by numerical codes) or compose a bicycle based on someone else's?
For example, it would be quite nice for me to encode something in the format (from the bulldozer)
country: region: municipality: settlement: street: house
7:61:7442:34678:598349:22
For simplicity, let's take only Russia.
In general, the question can be reduced to the following: can FIAS be considered a national coding standard?
