Is there an adapter from DVI-D to Display Port?

The question is very narrow, the DVI-D output remained on the system unit, and the Display Port remained on the monitor
. So, is there a DVI-D -> DP transition? Interested only in this direction. There is a transition in the opposite direction, it lies nearby.
