Is there such an assembly (starter) for quick work on local, so that I raise WP in docker, work with our template, etc. - and all this without a long upload to git, etc.

Now how I do it:
Project on github, on local made changes, gulp bulid, git push and wait .. until it flies to the site .. a terrible waste of time (
