Is there a website for finding a programming partner?

Hello!

I am learning the backend and I want to add beauty to my small, educational projects, so that you go to the repository and the functionality is immediately visible and there are no scary ones without styles in the demo picture. And, for example, I wanted to do something like telegra.ph , I found js editors, but I didn’t find a ready-made front with an embedded editor, and I’m just not interested in understanding js and layout.

And I need some site/group where I can find a partner. I think there are those who want to work together, because the experience of working in a team (I am aimed at programmers without work experience, because I myself am one) is a plus for a resume.

@Adamos

"Whoever does it for me" != "partner"
"A few noobs" != "team".
On the topic - do not want to toil with the frontend from scratch, take the bootstrap. If you don't want to dig into JS yourself - learn how to find ready-made libraries. Well, still, you should not completely avoid JS if you climb into the web. Sooner or later it will be needed.
