Is there a web service for downloading exchange rates of different countries (CB)?

We need official exchange rates set by the Central Bank of different countries.
Where can one get such information?

For Russia, you can take c RBC.
Now I still need Ukraine and England, but in the future I will need other countries. Where can you get these courses? Is there already a single service?
