Is there a way to somehow make dropdown behavior in FF the same as in Chrome?

Hello! The latest versions of both browsers are Chrome and Firefox.
The dropdown element has a box-shadow and a transition.
In Chrome, it's like this:
Both the box-shadow and the list animation starts and ends at the same time.
In FireFox: The
box-shadow animation just goes on, without touching the dropdown itself. It both opened without animation, and opens.
Actually, is there a way to somehow make the dropdown behavior in FF the same as in Chrome?
