I studied the VK API and did not find a method for getting the title of the tracks and the title of the video. Is there such a method? If not, is there a way to get them out (other than parsing a page with videos and music?)

Work with music in VK was covered back in 2016. You need to have the AppId of the application that has access to it (for example, VkAdmin or Kate). And methods for work can be easily found. Moreover, for python there is a wrapper vk api
