Licenses for software and other works

Is there a way to link a GPL lib to a GPL incompatible project?

I have a couple of my own libraries that use GPL code inside, and either itself is licensed under the GPL, respectively. With the author of these teas, I have not yet been able to agree on the LGPL-licensing. However, the question is, how do I allow GPL-incompatible projects (For example, open source projects, but restricted, for example, to non-commercial use) to link to my anyone that uses third-party GPL code? Is it possible, for example, to make the so-called. "dynamic bridge" that repeats the lib API, but allows the user program to work without the lib itself (i.e. dlopen/LoadLibrary under the hood)? Or is there a legal trick that would allow direct linking? Or, for example, licensing in parts?
