Is there a way to install a custom theme on OS X 10.10 Yosemite?

For Windows, there are many different themes for every taste. Here, for example:

But there are only two of them in Yosemite! Moreover, one practically does not differ from the other.
Is there any way or program to help customize the look according to personal preferences? :)
Thanks in advance!
Update: I think that something like this would not hurt:

Get out. Boring wallpapers only in the assemblies of the beast for Windows and other shit packages, only it was not enough to drag this shit into the poppy.
