Is there a way to get multi-window on android 4.4?

I know about cornerstone projects, the implementation of multi-window through xposed (crooked and ugly) and in android 6.0.
Is it possible to start something similar on version 4.4? At least 2 windows.

There are a lot of applications in the play market. In general, multi-windows are not needed if your device is weak, since you need more RAM.
