Is there a way to copy local group policies from user 1 to user 2 on Windows 7 Enterprise?

There is a PC with installed windows 7 corporate. It created local group policies for the user account Ivan, restricting his rights.
The user account Peter is created. For it, you need to register the same local group policies and rights as for the Ivan account.
Local group policies are changed in the "Administrative Templates" section.
Question: is it possible to copy user John's policies to user Peter's policies?
This is necessary in order not to prescribe policies for the user Peter.
Server Windows is not used.
