School passes, intercoms and other ACS consumer goods operate at 125 kilohertz. So alas.
However, the phone can pretend to be a Troika card - for this you need a special SIM card with support for "Mobile Ticket" (Brand name for Mosmetro technology and Big Three operators).

A few years ago I figured out a similar issue and then it was impossible to use nfc instead of a proximity card, which most likely serves as a school pass. I doubt that anything has changed now.
