Tell me the simplest and best video editor with the ability to speed up a section of the video, trimming / gluing and overlaying sound + preferably free?
OS Windows 7/10 (32/64)

DaVinci Resolve can handle it. It's free. But this is professional software with all the consequences - you will have to google guides for each function you need.
There is probably something simpler, but I'm not very good at non-professional ones.
