Is there a very simple CMS or Modx equivalent?

Good time of the day. You need cms, it only needs a basic api: sql queries, user registration / authorization. I wanted to use Modx Revo, but there is little documentation on it, and when I looked at the Evolution admin panel, I was horrified (the admin panel in cms, by the way, is not at all required). You can also offer analogues of modx.
