Is there a version control system for office documents?

Hello. Not the first day I have been looking for a system similar to a cataloger with a document version control function, with the following requirements:
1) Work with ordinary office documents such as xlsx, docx, txt, csv, pdf
2) Search by name and content of documents
3) The system must be multiplayer. It does not matter with the Web interface or client-server application.
4) If possible, should be under Windows.
5) Keep a version of the document, and remember what, by whom and when it was changed.
Maybe someone faced a similar problem and can give some good advice.
