Good afternoon. I don't have a lot of experience with Jira, I've tried a lot so far nothing has been done.
The task is as follows: on the Kanban board, the elapsed time was not displayed in the task and he could not edit the tasks.
Done:
The Tempo Timesheets plugin is used, I thought it had some settings, but I did not find anything.
Created a user test123, added emc_support to the group. Created the Test project role, added this user to this role in the project. Made a copy of the Default Permissions Scheme. Gave the Test project role permission to View project.
Result:
User test123 can view the project, cannot edit, but sees the time spent on the task. Tell me how to do it? Maybe I'm not moving in the right direction, tell me.
