Is there a universal free email to sms gateway using Google Calendar API in nature?

Greetings.

I saw services on the net that allow you to send free SMS to mobile numbers using the Google Calendar API.

But I could not find such an implementation that would allow sending some very small amount of SMS when a letter arrives at a certain address - regardless of the operator, using, for example, Google Calendar.

Have you come across this by chance?

PS I guess it would be easy to write for myself, but, alas, I'm not a programmer, and there is no commercial interest - you just need to periodically receive notifications of important events on your phone.
