Is there a tricky way to seriously improve the cooling of Macbook Pro 13" 2010?

Is there any tricky way to seriously improve the cooling of Macbook Pro 13 "2010?
I looked at different cooling pads, but the bottom of the MacBook has a completely smooth surface - the heat is practically not removed by air. Maybe there are some gel pillows (I froze in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and sit work a couple of hours)?

On the rights of delirium: glue a huge radiator on the bottom with hot glue

And you work for two hours, and then freeze for 15 minutes
. After half a year of use, somehow strangely, 2012 began to warm up, I think it needs to be cleaned, it is aluminum - it heats up faster.

Why improve that?

If he is one and a half years old, then there is still a guarantee (provided that he bought in an official store or from a retailer). If it has glitches, bring it to the apple store and let them fix it.
If there are no glitches and you just don’t like that it gets very hot (i.e. for example, put it on your knees and it’s too hot), then I have bad news for you ... This is not considered a bug if serious programs like Photoshop are open, Illustrator or a bunch of flash pages, it will get warm.
If you are a screwdriver virtuoso, you can, of course, take a chance and change the thermal paste yourself , but it's all dreary ...

Regular coasters will keep the bottom surface cool, which draws heat away from the components inside.
In general, if the problem is with overheating, then you just need to disassemble it, clean it from dust and, if possible, replace the thermal paste under the radiators.

what about your temperature? And at what rpm do the coolers run?

From my experience of operating 3 Apple MacBook Airs (my and my friends bought at the same time)
It seems that there are problems with the tremor paste, because On all instances, the fan began to switch to higher speeds more often, one already disassembled and cleaned of dust did not help (by the way, it is wonderfully easier to understand than any other laptop, the only negative is that you need to buy a special star-five-pointed screwdriver)
The next step is to replace the tremor paste on the CPU and GPU.

According to the experience of repairing a MacBook, native thermal paste is the last thing to touch.
If the dust is removed, then we go further by the standard way of finding a bottleneck - memory, drive, processor. We launch our favorite heating application and monitor resources. Based on the results, we add RAM, change the hard drive to a solid state drive, or buy a more powerful tool if your processor does not cope with the duties assigned to it. If the result of the work of the beech does not pay for its modernization, then we resign ourselves to the fact that it works at the limit, the resource is spent in three years. Good luck.
