Is there a torrent client that can be set to strictly sequential downloads?

Usually, BitTorrent clients (μTorrent, Tramsmission, etc.) download content too sparsly, so that often even at the very beginning of a large file, there are no pieces until the very end of the download. It's good (for the swarm ecology) that by default these programs work that way, but sometimes I would like to be able to configure the program to behave differently - so that parts of the files and the files themselves are downloaded in a strict sequence. The second is achieved by manually prohibiting the download of other files (setting the skip / dnd priority) until the previous ones are downloaded, but this is rather inconvenient, I would like to automate. How to reach the first one is not clear at all.
