Is there a torrent client for android, with external control?

An androyd box is connected to the TV, an external HDD is connected to it. Moreover, the entire bundle is used more often as just storage than for its intended purpose.
I want this androyd box to download torrents by adding downloads from the laptop. I did not find a single torrent client for android with a web face.
Maybe there is another option? for example, maybe some client can at least automatically start the download when adding a .torrent file to a folder? It's certainly not that convenient, but still.

I apologize if I misunderstood the problem, but you can manage not a single application, but the entire device. Put something like RemoDroid on the box (the first one I found) and there you can manage whatever you want - at least a torrent, at least not a torrent.

Have you considered transmission? They can even be controlled remotely from a smart phone.
