Is there a tool to transfer videos, photos and SMS from iPhone to computer

Good products from Apple, but they really don’t like to give me my own data. I'm trying to upload a video to my laptop, iTunes takes a long time to sync / backup, and after finishing this lesson, it persistently shows an empty list of photos, movies, etc. I don’t know if this is usability, my crooked hands or developers or company policy, but I need a third-party tool for win32, preferably not for a lot of money, capable of pulling out at least videos, photos and SMS, but at most everything else.
Please advise. Thanks in advance.

If under Windows, then it may surprise you, but the Iphone is defined as a camera and you can get video and photos from it using standard system tools (importing from the camera or simply through “my computer”) (now I checked it on WinXPProSP3 and IPhone4S). In addition, this can be done automatically on both Windows and Mac using Dropbox version 1.4.7, you need to look for it on the forum - the ability to auto-import to a folder on the dropbox has been added there. Moreover, with such an import, 500 meters are added automatically if there is not enough space, but not more than 3 GB in total, which is quite convenient.
As for SMS. There is a service that can extract SMS from iTunes backups to a file. However, you can do it yourself. To do this, you need to make a backup using iTunes, and then find a file called 3d0d7e5fb2ce288813306e4d4636395e047a3d28(no extension). Copy it somewhere, then add the .sqlite extension and ... then I think it's clear. There are many descriptions of the structure of this database on the net.
If you have a jailbroken iPhone, then you can manage without iTunes backups - there is a lot of information on the network about this, what is inside the phone
. How to tear out the rest of the information (what exactly?) I think you will understand when you see that iTunes is not only SMS backup.

For videos and photos - iPhoto. For SMS, I don’t know, there was no such need.

If there is a jailbreak - iFunBox (I don’t want to break it, but the tool is very convenient).

By the way, in particular with video files, when connecting the iphone / ipad as a camera, there is a feature: on Windows XP, the import of large (more than 500 MB at a time) files does not work, something with the driver. On Windows Vista/7 it imports normally.
