Apple iPhone 5: why does the screen flicker and a pink stripe appear?

The other day I noticed that the screen became pink in the center with a white frame around, and today I noticed that when you press the screen, the latter creaks. What to do about it, is it related and can it be fixed? And is this under warranty?

I have the same problem, I bought a 5s bu the other day and didn’t see it at first, when I came home on a white background, a vertical pink strip was visible on the side of the screen, what should I do?
