That's why backups are needed. Yandex does not make backups, are there alternative tools? More than 100 boxes, I want something centralized

I decided with a crutch: I registered another domain (90r), created mailboxes on biz.mail.ru, registered in the settings to collect mail from workers. Of the minuses:
1) when accepting a new employee, the secretary now creates not 1 mailbox, but two (although Mile has a tool for synchronizing with AD, but decided not to use it for now
2) Periodically, you need to go in and check that the synchronization is working (the user changed the password work email, for example)
