Is there a template setting for elastic?

Is there a standard search setting, I added all sorts of multisearch match and the like, I would like to find someone's boilerplate in order to be able to use it in other projects, such things as search by part of a word and the like, without setting up indexes every single time creating reindexing procedures, and the like.
Well, compare what I did with how it is implemented by others, maybe I missed something in my standard implementation.
