Is there a third-party telegram client or bot that will automatically forward new messages from the chat (which always start the same) to some other chat from my account. Are there ready-made APIs or some kind of sketches. If there is nothing, then how much could the compilation of this client cost? Thank you.

if the logic is as follows:
1. you write a message in the chat, the bot is also in this chat and has access to messages
2. the bot, by the key beginning of your message, forwards them to other chats (of course, it can only send to those in which it is present )

1. Let's say there is a chat, there is no bot in it. There is only a user. There certain messages come almost the same.
2. A third party client/application/bot should highlight this message as a user and send it to another chat.
3. Where will the bot already be, which will send it to the chats, where he is the admin.
