Is there a telegram bot for randomly forwarding messages from favorites?

Hello! Tell me, please, is there such a bot that allows you to randomly forward the messages that I saved in "Favorites" to it in the interface or in another channel?
For example, I pressed a button in the Bot, and then sent me 1-3 random messages that I have in my “Favorites”.
If there is one, please tell me, and if not, where / from whom can I make / write it? I'm pretty bad at programming, unfortunately.
