Is there a Sublime Text 3 plugin to create files in the same format as folders?

Actually, somehow I installed a plugin on Linux (I don’t remember its name at all), in which it was possible to create new files akin to folders in the file structure of the project, that is, you click on the folder / new File and instead of a new empty file that you also have to save under the desired name, a window opens below for typing the name and file type.
AdvancedNewFile works only in the project directory, you have to add paths, and Quick File Creator is terribly buggy and actually has the same thing as AdvancedNewFile.
Please help!
